Here’s some information

Illustrations, portraits, emotes and badges for Twitch, PNGtuber models, and coloring for comic book pages and covers. More information below!
Frequent updates – at least one per phase (drafts, basic colors, etc…), with the chance of requesting two changes per phase. If the client asks for a higher number of changes, an extra charge could be required.
If no other specific format is requested, Jun will provide 72 dpi PNG or JPEG files for digital use, and 300 dpi JPEG, PNG or TIF files for printing.

Half of the payment is required before starting the work and the other half when the work is completed, before sending the final files.
Payment can be made via PayPal.
If for any reason (except a serious shortcoming on Jun’s part) the collaboration should be interrupted, the first half of the payment will not be refunded. In the event that the work is almost completed, the second half of the payment may also be required.

Jun’s works can only be used for personal purposes. In case of need for commercial use or need of exclusivity, it needs to be discussed it in advance, a contract has to be made and it’s required to pay the assignment of rights.
Jun will retain authorship rights over the works and she’ll be able to post them on her social platforms, unless agreed differently in advance.
It’s forbidden to make or have others make changes to Jun’s work without their consent.
At the end of each phase, approval will be requested to the client to move on to the next phase. After that, any additional change related to previously approved work can not be guaranteed.
In case of no response from the customer for an extended period of time, Jun will give a deadline within which to contact her providing what is necessary to continue the commission. If this deadline is not respected, the commission will be considered terminated by the customer.
The delivery of the editable files (.psd, .ai, .blend, ecc…) with separate layers is not included in the delivery. An agreement can be made if necessary.
3 months after the conclusion of the work the files will be deleted from Jun’s pc.
Jun is available during weekdays from 9 am to 12 am and from 3 pm to 6 pm (Rome time). Replies are not granted outside those hours.
